Geoprobe® GS1000 Grout Pump
The GS1000 Grout Machine was developed for use with direct push equipment to deliver a sealing material (grout) to the bottom of a small diameter probe hole.  Because it delivers high pressures (up to 1000 psi) you can inject 20 plus percent bentonite slurries or neat cement grouts through .375 in. OD by .25 in. ID tubing.  The GS1000 is extensively used to inject bioremediation enhancing fluids such as ORC. (Oxygen Release Compound)

Grout Pump Specifications
  • Eliminates bridging of grout materials partway down the probe hole.
  • Eliminates incomplete seals with void spaces for contaminant paths.
  • Pumps cement and/or bentonite slurry to bottom of probe hole
    ... grouts from the bottom up!
  • Properly seals abandoned holes from all GeoProbe sampling and direct sensing applications,
  • Enables sealing materials to be pumped into well annulus during monitoring well installation.
  • Delivers flow rates up to approximately 2.6 gpm.
  • Eliminates the need for expensive progressive cavity pumps.
